My Cloud home has not been running since upgrade to Catalina 10.15. From this forum I have downloaded the latest version.

However it still failed to install! Any suggestion?

I have tried this one earlier and stuck at 66%.
The release note stated that 3.5.152 support only up to macOS 10.14!
Page not well updated… ah WD… If you click on release notes it will state compatibility with macOS 10.15.
I had to clean install my MacBook Air recently and it did take time at 66% but it went through in the end. Hope it helps.

thanks for the info.
This is the first link that I tried but it stuck at 66% for ages and eventually bombed out!
I have manually deleted all the old files follow by a reboot and still no joy.

The same happens with my iMac and also with an old iMaxc running 10.9.5. I am really upset (to say the least) with WD and their inability to solve problems.
