Unable to install apps in recently set up PR2100

Just set up PR2100 with 5.18.117 installed. Able to ping WD servers, and followed the instructions found here: My Cloud OS 5: Apps Page Stuck at Loading or No Internet Access Message

Enabled SSH, and tested the coms in shell. and everthing worked fine except:

curl -v “https://downloads.mycloud.com/os5-apps/apps/GZA/GZA_MyCloudPR2100/GZA_MyCloudPR2100.json” - gave the error AccessDenied… at the end. This is the same error I get when putting the same link into a browner to download the JSON file.

Sorta lost at what to do now. The post refereed to is not new. Is this issue resolved? What should my next steps be?

I get the message: “unable to upload app” when attempting to install an app from the App Store in OS5.

Searched for solution in forums, and only got as close as the linked post above.

Attempted a manual install of the apps from the app links in the JSON file.

DL’d Plex and Twonky, “App Installation Failed* Unable to upload app package for installation. Please check your network connection and try again.” Same error as when the app store install was attempted.

Thought? Ideas?
