Unable to get into EX4 shared folder with AD credentials

Dear good wisher,
I am trying to connect to one of the shared folders on my EX4 where the permission is given to a specific AD user from the admin console but failing to connect from a Windows machine. Though i enter correct credentials in the box, I get a response saying wrong credentials.

Could anyone please help me with this.
