Unable to find WD utility kit for My WD Elements SE Portable

I am unable to find the WD support utility kit for my WD Elements SE Portable, Details as follows:

Model # WDBPCK0010BBK
Capacity 1 TB.

Tried many options and downloaded many utilities versions from WD website but none of them detect the mentioned model #wd-software-mobile-apps:wd-software

Experts advise is needed.
