I have purchased NAS WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra with Smart Home USB stick from WD (ZMEEUZBWD) which includes the licence code. When I installed Z-Way app ony EX2 (Z-wave.me) and logged in it tells me I have to enter licence code in Menu > Management > Licence Upgrade, but I have no such option. When I want to make inclusion, there is only error, that it takes too long, so I suppose it is because I haven’t entered a licence. I include also screenshots of what I see when I click on Management (there is no Licence Upgrade) and also version of Z-Way app.
Any help?
