Unable to enable plex

I’m having problems with my my cloud home.
I was using it great, with Plex as well and was happy.
Suddenly one day it just got disconnected and I couldn’t reach it no more. I had to perform data erase and now I can reach it.
But…now I can’t enable Plex at all. When I try to enable it, it’s just saying enabling but I does nothing. I have tried from PC,Mac,Android app but nothing.
What’s there problem??
