Unable to edit cloud access users

My Cloud EX2 Ultra was upgraded to OS 5 and the indexing has been completed after several days. Now while trying to update the cloud user details so they can use the new OS 5 website. It just freezes up in Updating… when clicking on the user name.

You may do a system only restore to try.

Will the system only restore cause the indexing to start again?
