Unable to download WD SSD Dashboard - Error 800c0006

Hi everyone,

I am trying download WD SSD Dashboard to identify one of our affected SSDs, but I kept on getting the 800c0006 error when downloading the software.

Does anyone have the same problem and how can it be rectified?
