Unable to download/copy directory from MyCloud to android

Hi all,

I’ve got a WD MyCloud at home.
I wanted to download/copy a directory from the WD MyCloud to my android phone via the android app. But somehow I couldn`t. It appeared under activities, but it disappeared in a second without moving a file.

Could you help me?

Did you select what you wanted to download and then tap on download? Did you give them time to download? See example images from my phone below.

I found the problem:

In the settings I had to enable the ftp. Afterwards it works as it should be.
