Unable to disable the cloud indexing and media services

I am unable to do the steps outlined in this article:

I am unable to find the settings page that matches this in the desktop app and in the mobile app. How do I access these settings? I have a 4tb My Cloud Home.

If you look at the “Applied Products” the My Cloud Home isn’t listed.
