Unable to detect wd live hub

Hello,

I’m unable to detect my wd live hub on my computer (wd live hub plugged in into the router, and tried on 2 computers: with windows and mac osx lion). When I connect the wd live hub onto my tv and try to setup the network from the menu, it gives me the following error: unable to obtain an IP adress.

Can someone help me?

With a wired or a wireless connection? What if you try to manually input the network settings?
