Unable to detect files in folders

Just bought a new WDTV Live and a WD My Book. The first time when I hook everything up and it works fine. I gave this away as a gift and when it was hooked up, all the files in the folder was not detected (mainly movies/series) until I move them out of the folder and into the main storage.

Could anyone tell me why is this happening and how can I resolve this files in the folder issue?

Try disabling the media library and enabling that again, that will ask the unit to rescan the drive looking for the files and folders.
