Attempted to delete user and the system goes through the process but the user still remains in the list and in the amount of users. Also tried to change existing users name and email information and get back an error that the user does not exist. Need some assistance please. Thanks.
Can you please try resetting the unit to see if the dashboard updates the information.
Try press and holding the reset button on the back of the unit. This will also reset the drives username and password to the default settings.
