Whether using the iphone app or the My Cloud Home website, I’m unable to delete any photo. Using the website I can see the photos fine, but after clicking on a photo to enlarge it and then selecting the delete option, nothing happens. Same issue using the app. I’ve also tried it using the MCH desktop client with the same results. Any ideas?

Because you are using the My Cloud Home Duo you should see the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Home Duo. There may be others more familiar with that unit in that subforum. The current subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay My Cloud devices which are different than the My Cloud Home devices.
