Unable to delete partition on my 4TB external hard drive

Good to be able to contact you as your research information has really been helpful, but i currently face a challenge with a Western Digital 4TB External Hard Disk Drive WX41DA8R5C8X but only shows about 2TB as properties and 1.99GB as Unallocated.

usually indicates the the drive is not GPT partitioned (which supports greater than 2TB) MBR only supports a Max Size of 2TB.

also, WX41DA8R5C8X is not a model number … it should start with a “WD”
