I had an issue with my old Ex2 and got a different one. When I logged into os5.mycloud.com, I was unable to delete the offline device. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I tried on the app and on the website I just can’t remove it. Clicking on the gear icon just tells me that its offline. I can remove the top one though. I uploaded a picture of it as well.
