Just purchased a WD My Book 4TB external drive. I’ve done a file backup but contrary to what WD support told me, I can’t create a system image backup on the WD drive using the Windows 10 “create a system image” option. What’s the problem?
Seems I heard that the latest releases of Windows 10 has issues making images…not positive. However, have you tried Macrium Reflect? It works very well for me.
