I have a MyBookLive 3T that I have been using for a few months; works fine except for a small problem. I have both cumputers in the house installed with WD Smartware and when I attempt to create a safepoint only one computer will show as location to save to. The computer I wish to use will not show for some reason. Also I should mention that I need to use a specific computer to save safepoint to. In short the computer that shows in discoverable does not have working usb drives and my goal is to backup the safepoint to an external usb storage device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Make sure the computer firewall or internet security is blocking connections.
Check to make sure this computer is set to be discoverable over the network.
