Unable to create RMA

Hi,

I had a drive fail on Friday while still under warranty, and have tried to create an RMA for it.

However, when I get to the point where I need to specify a shipping address, it refuses to accept the address I’m trying to enter. I assume this is because of the postcode format (in this case the postcode is RG14 7HX).

Has anyone else seen anything similar?

I’ve created a support case, but I need this drive replaced ASAP, so I don’t want to be waiting another two business days for a response on that if possible.

Will drop the drive off tomorrow, handily I live in the same town as the dispatch address :slight_smile:
