Unable to create folders or upload files

We have a WD EX4100 and we are unable to upload files or create folders when accessing via https://os5.mycloud.com/ on the web.

I have read/write access to a folder. If I right-click and select ‘new folder’, I give it a name and press ‘create’, I get the status message ‘Creating…’ but nothing happens.

If I right-click and select ‘add files’, and select a file it initially says it is adding and then it fails with the error ‘file not loaded’
