Unable to create an RMA - Says I have to use Latin based language?

I have a WD Black drive with bad sectors and trying to create and RMA (Advanced).
When I enter the shipping address it just keeps looping back to same page, and there is RED writing that says I need to use a Latin-based language. I speak (read and write) English. Am I at the wrong website? Everything else appears to be in English, so I thought this was a support site for North America?

I called them. They don’t make the phone #'s easy to find, but once you do find them, they are well worth the search. Also, not sure the number in your area (I’m in Canada), but over the phone I was done in about 10 minutes. Much more enjoyable (and effective) experience. Good luck!
