Unable to copy from MyBookLive

I recently pruchased MBL. I am having issue while copying contents from MBL to my computer.

I am geeting error message

Error 0x8007003A The specified server cannot perform requested operation.

Appreciate help as i did lot of try around but don`t see ant fixes.

I am able to copy between C to D drive. The copy problem and error mentioned only happen when copy internally within WD my book live and from MBL to my computer.
