I placed an order and from WD store and it took a whopping 3 weeks to ship! I refused delivery and it went back to WD. Still no refund after a month has passed. I wanted to make a support case to kindly ask the status but get this message:

The service you requested is currently unavailable.
So is there support portal down? I went to https://support.wdc.com/support/case.aspx and filled out the form and get that message. Next step, contact credit card company and file a dispute…
