i just got a wd tv live and am trying all day to connect its autually proving imposssible i have tried imputing my connection pin but its not connecting and my laptop is well connected to the wifi why is my new product not connecvting please helpppppppp
Try removing the security from your Internet connection and retry. You can also reset the WD TV by holding its reset button for 4 seconds.
