Unable to connect - System offline via external WiFi and 3g

After 6 months plus and previously without issue, my home WD Cloud storage system is unable to connect with “system offline” message.

Without changing anything, at home, connection to the Cloud is WITHOUT ISSUE.

Intermetently when I disable WiFi for a short time the cloud is accessible then less than 1 hour I have “system offline”

Any ideas?

Are you in Europe or Asia? If so it looks like there are having some server issues.
