Hi, I am unable to connect My Passport Wireless to my Laptop over the Wi-fi. Would anyone help me with the process. I have referred the manual. Page 25 displays Current Connection:Direct Connection. However, I am unable to view that option even when I launch the Dashboard. Regards, Sameer

If the device is not connecting to your computer, then how are you accessing the Dashboard? Are you configuring the device from a previously-connected system?

I am able to connect to the Device over wifi but unable to access my files

If you are using Windows, the MPW shows up in My Computer under “Network” and not “Computer” as other drves often do.  Look there for the MPW if your computer is connected to the MPW wireless signal.  Or, connect your MPW directly to the computer with the USB3 cable.
