Unable to connect My Book to a Windows 7 laptop,

I have an external disk My Book, model WD10000H1B-00. I’m able to connect to the disk with a laptop configure with Linux Mint XFCE but when I connect it to my Windows 7 laptop i’m not able to access the data. The disk is not visible through the file manager but if I look to the device manager, the disk is in the list and it is supposed to work properly.

Is there somebody that had already have a similar problem and what kind of solution I can apply ?

If the hard drive was formatted in your Linux system to a file system other than FAT32 or exFAT then Windows will not be able to access the drive’s content since it does not support Linux-based file systems through USB without third-party applications/extensions.
