I am able to connect from phone, but not able to connect from macbook through mycloud.com.it shows that message cant connect to my cloud storage ex2 ultra. Kindly advice
When you created your local user with an e-mail account in the profile, they sent you an e-mail. Did you finish the sign up process ?
