The message in the subject line above displayed after Time Machine backup failed to the MyCloud failed. When I first installed MyCloud, backups completed successfully, but I’ve received this message for the past 7 months. In fact, I’ve been backing up to a different device. I’ve reset the MyCloud device to no avail. Any advice will be appreciated.
Hi Varopa, welcome to the WD Community. Make sure that you have the latest My Cloud firmware update installed (04.01.01-413).
If the problem continues I recommend you to contact support directly.
