Hi, I am having the same trouble. I am trying to backup from the hard drive to the passport ultra, tried it several times with the same error message.

I am getting this error too when I click on the backup now button after setting up to backup my C drive onto the My Book 4TB drive. I am using Windows 7. I reformatted and it didn’t help. Please assist. Thanks!
