Following a very brief power failure I have been unable to access my WD Sharespace 4TB drive where all my backup data The drive has been reset several time, the COS batter has been removed as per WD advice in an attempt to reset the drive. I can see the drive on the network when plugged in but am I am unable to access the FTP setup to reset the drive and re-configure. When I attempt to connect to the ShareSpace configuration I get the following error message ; XML error: junk after document element at line 3 . Any suggestions
Same issue, had to RMA and go to back up to restore data.
