Unable to access wd my cloud mirror dashboard

hi guys , just bought the my cloud mirror 4tb. 

i downloaded the app on my mac when i clicked it it opens my safari. 

on the my cloud mirror website i tried to enter my username and password

sadly it prompted me with :

The user name or password you entered is incorrect.
Try entering it again.

any ideas on how to correct this?

do i put in my username  or do i put in my email?

and is there a way to reset my password?

No !! it’s a BUG

username must be small letter (not big letter and number etc…)

example :

gaston → OK

GastonOnline ->unable to access console admin

A ticket was created today to notice the issue
