The My Book is partition Mac OSX Journaled and was working fine via USB connection to the Live DUO prior to update, but after I upgraded, I’ve not been able to access it via the Duo. The My Book drive works fine as I can connect it directly to the Mac to access it, but I’d like to be able to share it across the network. Is this a known bug and is there anyway I can downgrade to the previous firmware which worked fine for me?
Hi shhu2002, check if you have the latest firmware update installed for your My Book 2TB.
Is 02.43.03-022 not the latest firmware?
