Unable to Access Smartware on Mycloud Website

I backed up some files over the weekend to a mycloud. All the files are in the smartware folder. The admin and I both have cloud access and access to the smartware folder. The problem is when we log in to the mycloud website the smartware folder is not visible. As far as I can tell we since we have cloud access enabled and proper permission. So I do not understand why the folder is not visible online. I have already tried rebooting the driver. Any advice?

You can’t view it when using mycloud.com for security reasons. I have everything I want to work with in my priviate share or Public share.

That’s strange. We were able access it last week. I did have to do a full restore on it. Maybe there was a firmware update that never got applied? Guess I’m backing everything up again. Thanks.
