Hello, for some reason the IP address I used to enter into my browser to access my files, it times out, I get this error in Windows 8.1
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
I can still access it via WD Smartware Pro, but I can’t brows trough files with this. How do I connect again? tried Twonky too, same thing.

I am not an expert by any means but I had a harrowing problem that was caused by the modem router. Switching the Ethernet connector to other ports on the back of the unit seems to have fixed my problems.
