Unable to access on network

Hi,
I’ve recently had to replace my old MyCloud unit with a MyCloud ex2 ultra.
I’m unable to access my folders from my laptop. When I input my admin password I get a pop up window saying I may not have access permission. I didn’t have any problem accessing folders with my old unit and I haven’t a clue to how I can regain access. Can anyone help please ?

I haven’t been able to find the correct combination also because we have a WD login, the NAS login, the admin access login. It makes it really complicated because I never know which one to use.
