Unable to access MyCloud Mirror Gen2 after latest update

This afternoon I noticed that there was a firmware update and, around 3pm I started the update and went to work; it’s now 10pm and I am completely unable to access the device. When trying to access the dashboard, my browser times out; when trying to use a file manager, it won’t show; yet my router does show that it is connected to the network

I have the same problem with Ultra EX 2, I can not connect form mobile device. Error “remote access disabled (970)”
