Unable to access My Cloud Home unless after a reboot

I am having a big issue with My Cloud Home. It becomes completely unavailable, although it is powered on, plugged into the network and the drive lights are on. If I pull the power cord and then restart the device, it begins a consistency check (as is normal after a power loss, I believe) and I am able to access everything on the drive normally for a short time (less than 1 hour). The drives appear to be in good health. After that, it becomes unavailable again. I’ve tried a hard reset to no avail. Does anyone have any advice?

I have gone through the exact same thing ! Its not only you its My Cloud software. It took me 5 days after a power outage to get back stable again. After a hard reset and several reboots and then it wouldn’t even reboot anymore. The 4 second soft reboot cleared it up for me. I would suggest a APC for further use and when it finally dies buy another brand !
