So My Passport Ultra is suddenly not recognised on my laptop (windows 7)
Its just not there when I click on my computer.
The light is on, its spinning, and it is displed in device manager and when I click on it, it says ‘the device is working properly’
I tried to update the driver and it says I have the most up to date one.
Whatevr I try, I just cant open it.
I tried it on a diferent laptop today and it wont open on there either.
I recently formatted/wiped my laptop, dont know if that has anything to do with it? I was working ok before.
Any help is much appreciated as I really need to get the data off my HD.
