Unable to access EX4 on iOS device

Had an EX4 lying around the house for years used once in the past. Booted up, reset device, formatted drives. Whenever I try to access the drive using the My Cloud app on an iPhone as well as an iPad I receive the same error, shown in the attached image. Tried unplugging and plugged device back in. Not seeing much additional information online. Would like to use this device to store some data but if I can’t access it on mobile devices it will be pretty pointless for me, don’t need to access it on other PCs on the network. When I try to select the option for “Get Code” under the Cloud Access section it errors with the following: Failed to create device user. (400073)
