I can’t connect to my cloud since day 1.
I have important things that I need to use today and I can’t.
I uninstalled the app for the computer and reinstalled it according to you with the problems fixed and it is not like that.
Can you fix this problem? Is more important for me.
It happens to me like most people.
The computer goes offline and you don’t give the update and I can’t get into my computer and grab the data.
