Hello all,
i recently decided to upgrade my UTLRA X2 with 2 WD40EFRX DRIVES unfortulantely i have misplaced the screws and the lifter for the second drive.
The wd support said that they do not provide spare parts.
can anyone suggest where can i find 2 compatible screws?
Try the dedicated subforum for the Ultra EX2. This subforum, My Cloud, generally discusses a different device, the single bay/single drive My Cloud.
If the screws were standard hard drive mounting screws then one should be able to find them through an online retailer or local computer parts store. Or ask around to your technical friends who may have old parts of computers laying around.
