It’s been almost 2 years and we still dont have native support for heif iphone picture files. I know the work around to downgrade the picture on the iPhone side but that’s not a solution. Your my cloud home has a solution when will it be brought to ex2 side . If not I’m switching to one of you competitors that has this working already .
