I’ve had this alienware 17 for two years now and currently in the process of deploying. Bought a WD Ultra 2TB hard drive for movies and whatnot and it won’t pick it up at all. It worked on my buddies laptop in which he loaded movies on it for me. I was able to get it to work once I updated the USB drivers but once i turned it off for the night it stopped being able to find it… I’m at my wits end with this. Any ideas would be great.
So far, I’ve updated the drivers, It won’t find it in the device manager, can’t assigned it a letter due to being a ghost lol… I’ve tried all four ports multiple times with no luck. Anybody have any idea?
