UK RMA Flextronics service has gone downhill very quickly

I successfully RMA’d a drive in May 2022 and had the normal turnaround of 5-6 working days before receiving a replacement. This has been the normal performance since 2016 when i first used the RMA service.

As of July, I have 4 drives in RMA, all of which have now gone beyond 10 working days.

One drive is still marked pending despite the courier showing it has been delivered.

Two drives are still in processing after 5 working days.

The final drive has been complete for a few working days.

What has happened at Flextronics?

‘Completed’ drive just turned up but no UPS email received. Turnaround on that drive was normal.
