I’ve had to phone the UK/Europe WD Support phone number, a few times over the last month about a RMA.
Has anyone else had the same experience as me?
Every time, when WD automated switchboard answered the call, I got placed on hold for long periods- the longest I spent listening to what could be the USA Top Twenty records for 39 minutes, though when I eventually spoke to someone, the same American lady who answered all my calls was great and friendly.
Is it really the case that WD has only 1 person to answer all UK/Europe phone calls? Surely not??
