Yeah I can power it on and off with the button on the module but I can’t control it w/ my remote what should I do I literally just got it I was sycing for first time.
So when you power it up, does it fully boot?
Have you tried unplugging it for a minute and plugging it back in?
There’s nothing on the internal HD that’s necessary for the Hub to operate, so even if it was completely wiped, it should still boot up. But if some files got corrupted, it might have a problem compiling the media library.
So, please provide some more detail about the symptoms.
