Type of source for new application

Hi, I want to install Adunanza on my MyCloudEX4 but I don’t know what kind of source I need to download from site to upload then into the nas.

When you go to the NAS dashboard, you will see the option for apps. Then on the bottom left side you will see the option to add a new app and if the app is not on the list, you will need to add that by clicking on the bottom right side.
