Twonky suddenly requires login details

I have been having an ongoing issue with the Twonky server having an internal failure. Now its thrown up a new error. This time it is asking me to input a username and password. Trouble is, I havent set one. Is there a default username and password or is there a way to reset the login details without doing a master reset?

I tried “admin” and “admin” for user name and pw and it worked.
