Hi I am having trouble resetting my Twonky password can anyone help I am not an expert in these things so laymans terms would be appreciated

What WD Device do you own? Are you saying that clicking on Forgot your password will not help in creating a new password?

Enter you Username and then click on Forgot your password.

  • Twonky was never available for the My Cloud Home.
  • So newbie Home owners should not waste their time trying to find it; however, Plex is available
  • Plex does not work well on the MCH, but enabling DLNA in Plex works ok for smart TVs

Only a spammer or spam bot will revive a 6 year old thread with a one word useless answer.
